Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing page-dogwoodhub.click or enrolling in a session with Page Dogwood Hub Co., Ltd. ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and live-video educational sessions on chart reading and support/resistance mapping. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade execution, or account management. Educational content is general in nature and does not consider your personal financial situation.

3. Bookings and payment

Workshop seats may require a deposit as stated on the pricing and schedule pages. Remaining balances are due on the date specified at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your seat. Session fees are quoted in Thai baht unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook layouts, printed materials, and website content are owned by Page Dogwood Hub Co., Ltd. You may use materials provided during a session for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other members. We may remove a participant from a session without refund for disruptive conduct, harassment, or recording when recording is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from educational content or your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.

7. Website use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the site in ways that impair performance, or use the contact form to send unlawful or abusive content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
