Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to fees paid for workshops, weekly review circles, beginner afternoons, and private coaching booked with Page Dogwood Hub Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party costs you incur separately (travel, brokerage fees, printing supplies beyond what we provide).

2. Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) if you cancel at least fourteen calendar days before the session start time and have not received shipped materials. Cancellations must be sent in writing to hello@page-dogwoodhub.click or confirmed by phone at 081-526-3947.

3. Partial refund

Cancellations between seven and thirteen calendar days before the session receive a fifty percent refund of fees paid. The deposit for flagship workshops is non-refundable in this window unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist.

4. Non-refundable items

• Cancellations fewer than seven calendar days before the session
• No-shows without prior notice
• Printed workbooks and materials already provided or shipped to you
• Weekly circle visits once the session has started
• Private coaching where work on your chart has begun during the appointment

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least seven calendar days ahead and the new date is within ninety days. A second reschedule incurs a ฿500 administrative fee. Rescheduling within seven days is treated as a cancellation under sections 3 or 4.

6. Sessions we cancel

If we cancel a workshop due to instructor illness or studio closure, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not responsible for your incidental travel costs.

7. Deposits

Workshop deposits of ฿2,000 are applied to the session fee. Deposits are refundable only under section 2 or when we cancel the session. Deposits are otherwise credited toward a rescheduled date within ninety days.

8. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within fourteen business days. You must provide the account name and number used for payment. We will email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.

9. Disputes and exceptions

Medical emergencies may be considered for partial credit on a case-by-case basis with documentation. Contact us before the session start time when possible.
